Places in Berlin you should see: Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, East Side Gallery, Unter den Linden, Regierungsviertel, Kudamm, take a stroll through some beautiful quarters like Schöneberg, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Mitte ... visit the Jüdisches Museum, Holocaust Memorial and if you are interested in Prussian history, visit some museums and take a look at the Schloss Charlottenburg. If you have the time, you should also visit the small city nearby: Potsdam!
